If you want to go to the centre of Mexico City, take the yellow line (5) in the direction of Pantitlán, after 5 minutes change at Pantitlán metro station to the pink line (1) in the direction of Observatorio. Turn left outside and walk for 5 minutes via a covered pedestrian walkway to the metro station.
